She grew up pouring concrete with her father. Her first memories are of construction sites and watching structures rise from nothing.
So, when it came time to choose a career, developing expertise across all facets of the commercial real estate sector made perfect sense. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento, with a degree in construction management and business administration, Samantha worked with several large development organizations on the west coast, expanding her experience in ground-up development, construction, market analytics, title, and brokerage. A sought-after leader in the field, Samantha is also a licensed Nevada broker-salesperson and a certified Nevada notary public.
In 2017, she embarked on her latest venture and founded Storm Development Services. As the CEO of the company, Samantha leads Storm and its partners as a project consultant for ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, restaurant, industrial, and hospitality projects.

Under Samantha’s leadership, Storm is responsible for the ground-up construction of a 74-key boutique hotel, 170,000 square feet of industrial/office condos and two boat and RV storage facilities with one C-store/retail component, site development for a 40,000 square foot gym plus shell and interior TI for Starbucks. The company also oversaw the ground-up development for two inline neighborhood commercials centers, managed the site selection, and build-out for a regional grocery tenant, and oversaw a technical project management scope at Resorts World in Las Vegas.
